The exact date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location or other factors that we can't directly control. However our intention is to make deliveries as speedily as possible. Clients will be informed by email when their orders are shipped.
If you have purchased a item from the Art Market please bear in mind that the it may have to be shipped direct from the artist's studio (or the home of the collector). Please allow extra days for the item to arrive. You will be informed by email when the item is on its way to you. Adonis Art insures your order and will refund the full payment you made if the order does not arrive.
You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value added tax, custom duties and excise duties (if applicable).
If there is any damage to the items on delivery, you must contact us within 5 days from receipt of your order.
